Hello Elena,

I don't think you can do this with the SDA type menu support.  You can do it 
with UIM menus though.  
Specify SCROLL=YES on the :MENU tag.  You will find documentation and examples 
in the OS/400 
Application Display Programming manual (SC41-3715).
