The Client Access TN5250 emulator uses another TCP/IP port number then all
the other TN5250 emulators.

This TCP/IP port is only active if the hostservers are started (I don't have
the portnumber at home)

Other use the standard telnet tcp/ip port and willl work if TCP/IP is
started.

If you use the NETSTAT command you can see if the special ports are started.
