        It's real simple.

        I am on latest cum tape plus many other PTFs for V3R2 and
        XD1(V3R1M2)...After SF46059 installation, CA/400 died with
CWBSY1000
        message.  QSYSOPR showed CPI5922 Device LANPC100 not usable at
this time. 
        Even tried varying the
        APPC device off and on...

        Happened a couple of times and even got blue screen of death on
re-ipl of
        the PC.  (PC is at 'B' level of W/95.)

        Removed service pack SF46059 (now I'm back to SF45545) and all
works fine. 
        Anybody have any ideas
        that are not so obvious?
