Dean and Paul, thanks for the info.  I'll try it tomorrow.  We may must buy
some low end Printronix printers with IGP to handle the printing if
this isn't worked out by the end of the week.  This Esc sequence stuff
seems a pain compared to creating a printer file with the specs defined.
