Just offhand, I'd say LDFX02 is designed to annoy users.   (ducking)

re: your 'automatic performance monitoring tool...'  We used to have one.
She was in California, we're in Northern Kentucky.  We knew we had response
time problems licked when she called -us- and told us response time was
good!   (:
