Hi:

Just saw the copyright and escrow issue. Thought I'd give you my two-pence
worth on escrow.

Be careful about thinking that the escrow concept is the catch-all.
Sometime ago I read about a bankruptcy court that simply refused to follow
the agreement, making a finding that the source was an unsecured asset and
not the property of the licensees. Any lawyers out there who could help
get the information for us?

We had a case between Hawaii and Canada where the software supplier went
bankrupt. The Canadian bankruptcy court held it up for years. This was in
spite of the fact that our client was part of one of the largest printing
companies in the world!
