I have used the OVRPRTF function in the S36EE and it works fine.  Do 
not override the physical device name, override the printer file 
name.   For example, if in your RPG program you use the printer file 
name of  REPORT and you wanted the output to go to outq PRT01 
then the override would be:

  OVRPRTF FILE(REPORT) OUTQ(PRT01)

BTW:  S36 substitution parameters also work on the CL commands.  You 
could prompt the user for the outq name.
