It was a long time ago, but I remember the ptf process being in the 
operators guide. I don't have my cd here, but if you need it I can get you 
the document id.

Does anyone know which manual contains information
on the PTF process?  Being new in the role of "the"
AS/400 technical person, where I deal with everything,
I'd like to understand this whole process.  Especially
since I downloaded some PTFs today using the ECS
line.
