SETDSKCLN runs during V3R2 install

I posted this a couple of days ago and never saw it, tried a second time
and still didn't see it, so here's my third and final attempt.

A problem has been discovered (APAR MA17529) that can cause SETDSKCLN to
run again DURING the V3R2 install.  This could significantly increase
the time required to do an install (or re-install) of V3R2.  
To prevent this problem, install the appropriate PTF:
V3R2M0  MF18036 98/01/13
V3R1M0  MF18037 98/01/13
V3R0M5  MF18038 98/01/14
V2R3M0  MF18086 98/01/19
