I think this is what you are looking for:

step a:
Start -> Control Panel -> Network

-TCP/IP (Protocol -> Microsoft -> TCP/IP)  (use DHCP probably) -Client for
Microsoft Networks ( ADD Client -> microsoft -> Client for Microsoft)
Shutdown your computer, restart.

step b:
Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Windows Setup tab

Communications.  Dial-up networking. (you may need your Win 95 CD-ROM
here)  Configure as needed.

Probably shutdown, restart.

step c:
Open My Computer folder -> Dial-up networking.  Configure, dial, connect.

Open your TN5250 window(s) to get the sign on screen.
