Hi Tim!

You have to call your program now. The ILE-Debugger does not (other that
the ISDB) start your program for you. Just like in the old pre-ISDB days.
After adding your breakpoints, hit <F12> and then call your program. When
the execution reaches your BP, the debugger is displayed again, and you
can anything you like.
