Thanks Neil, Al, Booth, Kirk, Doug for your suggestions on this.

I will apply the PTF SF36969 and do the F22 in ILE Debug to see if the problem
recurs. The only way out was do a manual IPL.  The warning here is check your 
PTF
to see if you have MF14110 applied and if so, apply SF36969 asap to prevent the
system crash when you use ILE debug.  This applies if you are V3R2 at 97322 
level
cum tape.

Also, on the same note there is another defect which prevents ILE debug on
working with some programs with service modules.  You should apply MF17841 if 
you
are on V3R2 at 97322 level.

Again, Neil will give us guidance on this or any corrections.  Without his
assistance, I would not have been able to figure this out.

I remember doing the SETDSKCLN but is there a data area somewhere with this?  --
