I'm involved in a mass RPG III-to-RPG IV conversion exercise. We
attempted to use the standard IBM conversion utility (CVTRPGSRC), but
bumped into the following problem:

whenever we try to convert a standalone ZONED decimal array
specification, e.g.

 ...+... 1 ...+... 2 ...+... 3 ...+... 4 ...+... 5 ...+... 6 ...+... 7
     E D£M 12 2
0

CVTRPGSRC produces something like

 ... 1 ...+... 2 ...+... 3 ...+... 4 ...+... 5 ..
 D D£M S 2 0 DIM(12)

which is a PACKED array specification. Of course, if the array
definition is in the same source member as the input structure
specification, everything works fine.

Is it a known problem? If yes, are there any workarounds?
