No.

Spooled files are kept in a compressed (a fairly old blanks only
compression technique) in the QSPL library.  (NEVER ATTEMPT TO MODIFY THIS
LIBRARY DIRECTLY, OR YOU WILL GET UNPREDICTABLE / UNDESIRABLE RESULTS.)
When you delete a spooled file (or finishing printing it with specifying
SAVE(*NO), the spooled file member is cleared immediately.
