I recently ran across an article published by Minneapolis & St. Paul City 
Business entitled "The Year 2000 Computer Crisis is Real". Have a look at 
http://www.amcity.com/twincities/stories/120897/editorial2.html. Also, Jon 
Paris' references to www.ibm.com/IBM/year2000 and www.year2000.com are 
excellent resources. 

In addition to the technology issues, the www.year2000.com site, in particular, 
delves into legal, accounting and insurance topics relating to Y2K. Have the 
"boss" have a look.
