MF17841 should solve this problem for V3R2.
This PTF only became available yesterday (December 18th).

It appears the problem was introduced with PTF SF36969 and MF14110.

PTF's for other releases are not yet available - but may not be
applicable if this problem was only introduced by the above two V3R2
PTF's.

Keep an eye on APAR MA17405 for PTF availability for other releases.
