BTW, while you're in the CHGS36, unless it's already set, change the "Change
configuration while active" or whatever the wording is to 'Y'.  You won't be 
able
to change anything if it's 'N' unless you end all S/36 jobs.  By "job" that
includes your signon. You must sign on as a *NONE special environment (SPLENV)
user profile parameter and even at that you may still have to issue a ENDS36
command.  If you receive something like #LIBRARY not available now, try later
message, check for any unanswered messages (print queues), end writers, end
QBATCH/QINTER if you have to.  Sometimes that's the only way to inact the 
CHGS36.
