There are a couple of manuals that contain this table.  A few I'm
aware of are 'TCP/IP Configuration and Reference'/SC41-5420
(Appendix F I believe), 'Workstation Custimization Programming'
/SC41-3605.  You can see the OS/400 translation table via the
WRKTBL command.  The table is QSYS/QASCII.
