There is a usable FTP client as part of WIN95.  Sure its not graphical, but
it does the job pretty well and you can create a script file with all the
FTP subcommands and then automate the download.  At a DOS prompt type FTP,
it will prompt you for the rest.  To execute a FTP script, use ftp -n
-s:xxxxxxx.yy where xxxxxx.yy is the name of the text file containg your
FTP sub commands.
