I doubt it - COBOL programmers are _very_ valuable right now - contract rates
are skyrocketing - it's all those "obsolete" COBOL systems that need to be
changed for Y2K so they can continue to do trivial things like run the
airlines, insurance companies, banks, government - nothing important <vbg>

You missed a digit John!  The figure is much closer to 18%
