Firstly you must end the writer before you can change the outq settings with the
CHGOUTQ command.  When you have ended the writer you can then change the
Manufactor Type and Model paremeter to *WSCST and define which object you use:

Manufacturer type and model  . . MFRTYPMDL      *WSCST
Workstation customizing object   WSCST          *HP4NEW
  Library  . . . . . . . . . . .                                    QGPL


After issuing the CHGOUTQ command on an ended writer the writer will restart 
with
the new settings.  Hope this helps.
