Redbooks 'AS/400 Printing III', chap 7, and 'AS/400 Printing IV', chap. 6
have a lot of information. Also, the manual 'OS/400 Workstation
Customization Programming V3R2'. IBM itself won't do much to support
you—we're on our own here.

The commands to work with these things are RTVWSCST and CRTWSCST. The first
lets you get the source for the various make/model combinations you have
with Host Print Transform.
