According to the documentation, you can have about 2000 feet on either
side of the hub. So the hub can be approx. 2000 feet from the AS/400
controller balun, and the terminal/printer can be another 2000 feet from
the hub.

I have never pushed the limit that much, but I have had runs of 500 feet
or so to a terminal with no problem off a Mux Lab hub.
