>From what Kent said,  I bet that you have created some new logicals
in the last little while, and these are now being considered and the
optimizer never gets to the logical that it used to before it times out.

If you want to reverse this trend,  Remove the member from the logicals
and re-add the Logical file member in the reverse order to be considered.
(the last member to be added is the one you most want considered first etc.)
