There is a product called POSport from Christopher & Associates. They
are located in Oak Brook, IL. Phone: (708) 655-0038.

They sell you the software and the "modem" that connects to Visanet. You
then change your programs to call the POSport software with all the
parms (cc#, exp date, amount, etc.) and it will return the authorization
code or the card refusal. From my experience it typically authorizes a
card in less than 20 seconds, and that includes dialing and connecting
to Visanet.
