Hey, I don't even know, that SETDSKCLN exists, and we have made 4 upgrades from
V3R1 to V3R2 (even one from V2R2 to V3R1 and then to V3R2).

No problems occured!

The only thing I know about is a PRE-UPGRADE-PTF that must be installed 
_PERMANENTLY_ before you can make the upgrade.
