Yes, I have had the problem, but not just with CA.  Are you also running
the Novell 32 bit client? Sometimes if you let it come up in Safe Mode,
a few times, it fixes itself.  Yes, more than once, I don't know why.
You don't have to wait for the scan, hit skip (or whatever it is).
