The Operations Navigator piece of CA/95 lets a user see his/her spooled files. If they double-click on one, the AFP Viewer is opened, and they can see the output. They can also cut&paste, as well as print from there. Interface is basically the same as Windows Explorer.

There is a $50 upgrade to full-function AFP Viewer. Here's a bit from the CA Help:

What is AFP Workbench Viewer?

The Limited AFP Workbench Viewer allows you to browse AS/400 spool files. This viewer is a limited-function version of the IBM AFP Workbench Viewer. You can upgrade to the full-function version of the viewer by following the instructions in the viewer's Upgrade menu.

Note that the first 25 times you use the viewer, you have the ability to use the full-function viewer capabilities. After the 25th time, the full-function capability expires and the viewer goes into the viewer lite mode.
