Yes.  But if your time frame is 6 months away, IBM is being very open 
about
the fact that V4R2 will be out by then, with native notes.  The FSIOP 
may
not scale well enough for your future requirements.

No.  The IBMer was referring to native notes, which is likely what you 
want.

AL - The IPCS for Lotus Notes is available now.
The IPCS for NT IS 1Q98.
