Subject: Lan Printing with TCP/IP Sockets

I just came accross an article in News400 which mentioned the
capability of
printing to LAN printers using TCP/IP sockets, which will allow the
AS400 to communicate with and print directly to LAN-attached printers.
using Printer Job Language(LPJ) as opposed to LPR, this would enable
such
features as Page Ranges etc. It mentioned the following licensed
program
5716-SSI and ptfs SF38640,SF31766,SF40675 and SF37307. These PTFs
are
all V3R7, does anyone know if this support is available in V3R2 as
well.
