I have had this happen to me and it is a serious bug!  What you will
probably find if the same situation is happening to you is that there is
a problem with your transfer request -- but CA95 is too retarded as to
how to tell you.

What I have found is that if you go to QSERVER look at the QZDAINIT jobs
and find the one that says in its job log (option 5 then option 10)
"Assigned to xxxxx" where xxx is the name you started the -connection-
with.  Below that you will find an error message.  One of the famous
ones for me is to run a Rumba request that has a group by section that
CA95 doesn't seem to recognize.  This will cause an error on the 400 and
you can click on cancel all you want and it will not end the transfer. 
You must cancel the 400 job  - then it will cause the transfer to come
back.  You will also need to end this transfer request because it will
not respond any more. You will need to start another one.
