Oooppppppssss !

Sorry - include that in the comments of many of my examples but forgot to put
it in this one.

The answer is simple - there are two magic words you need to know:

1) The parameter on CRTBNDRPG for default activation group must be set to *NO

2) For simplicity, set the Binding Directlory parameter to QC2LE (for this
particular case this parameter may not be essential, but it won't do any harm -
see also below)

#1 is required since only "real" ILE programs can use bound procedures, and #2
saves you having to worry about which service program the routine is in.

That's all there is to it.  This use of the binding directory holds true for
using _any_ of the C library functions.
