I'll have to check again, we have bunches of scheuled job entries, some daily,
some weekly, some on the first of month and a home grown first Sunday of month
and each time a job is submitted the system fills in a next submit date which
would prevent a job from running twice.

If wrong, I've got some scrambling to do before Sunday =:-o
