Al,

Is that a LONG IPL, or a LONNNGGGG IPL? We have a client who is at
V3R0M5, and would like to get them to V3R2. But they have a 8-10 hour
overnight job that must run every day(they are a retail store chain). On
a Saturday morning, I would have from approx. 8 AM to 9 PM to get the
SETDSKCLN and PTF installation done. On Sunday I have even less time,
because of all their end-of-week analysis stuff.

They have a model 300 with 64meg memory and 14 gig storage, with a VERY
high (85-90%) disk utilization, although we are working on getting more
disk or purging enough history to do the upgrades. Would a 12-hour
period be enough to finish getting the system ready for the upgrade, not
to mention enough time to do the upgrade itself?

Also, would doing two upgrades make any difference? Going first from
V3R0M5 to V3R1, and then to V3R2?
