I've (very rarely) had need to go back and check something in old QHST* 
log files, so it's handy to have.  It's also one of those things that only
add a minute or two to the nightly backup (like SAVCFG, SAVSECDTA & 
RTVCFGSRC *ALL *ALL) and could save your a** someday, so why NOT put it
in the backup ?
