Your configuration file should proabably look something like this.

Pass  /*  /web/*

Welcome  index.html

In this case you shold get the page  index.html in folder WEB if you dont 
specify
anything else. If you have any GIF:s you shold place them under the folder WEB
without mentioning WEB in the URL.
