And I also received a quick response from Tom Schramski, the owner of
the IPCS install which confirms Bill Gravelle's posting on this subject:


 YES, this is indeed fixed by the new install process which is available
on all of our supported releases (v3r2, v3r7 and V4r1).  It actually was
available on v3 since 5/2. 

   The fact of the matter is, it was stuff like this which made it
obvious that our install had to be completely overhauled.  The new
install has been extremely well recieve, in fact, no problems yet
reported.
