We have noticed that the initial access to a web page on the AS/400 is
very slow. After that, it is fine for any accesses of any of the pages
(for an undetermined period of time, anyway). I have read a little bit
about how jobs start up for QTMHHTTP, so I see where there is extra
overhead, but I am wondering if there are things that can be done
(settings, prestart jobs, etc) to improve the initial access performance.

 TIA.
