Thank-you to all who responded to my question.

I credit Neil Palmer for pointing me in the right direction.

I submitted RtvDskInf and the next day ran PrtDskInf and found 6 of my 8
missing GB in journal receivers that should have been put on tape, but were
not yet.  A small change in our operational procedures should give us an
additional 18% free disk.

I think these journal receivers were not in my DspObjD *ALL/*ALL because
they are "Objects not in a library".

The other missing 2 GB were mostly Licensed Internal Code, Temporary space,
and Internal objects.
