I guess it has been a while since you called tech support. One of my
clients had a printing problem with the 5250 remote product, and the
voice mail message for tech support(doesn't ANYONE have humans answering
the phone anymore!) says that if you purchased your product more than 90
days ago, to have your credit card ready when the technician returns the
call.
