Office Vision formating HELP

I use OV400 as Word processor (with a lot of folders and doc)
but at the start of usage (before me) there were no normalisation in the doc
format (and the printers didn't cause problems with errors and print even
wrong formated doc)

but now lots of printers are more strict so I get more and  more problems

The main problem is in the document format, size of paper (a lot of doc use
letter format or more exotic ones, instead of  used in french)

SO I would like to set all my doc in a good format (either changing
information or with a template) with a Batch Pgm

But I found no command to access to these informations (pagesize, ...)

Could you help me !
