Michael:

After the source is displayed from the STRDBG command, press F12.  When
you start the batch job, you will get this message:

The serviced job has been released from the job queue.  Press Enter to 
start the job or F10 to enter debug commands for that job.             

Press F10 and type the command DSPMODSRC.  You can now enter your
breakpoints, etc.
