The crtxxxpgm cmd won't tell you, unless you are using totalty new
functions, and you'll get some kind of compile/bind time error.

The savxxx cmd, however, does help you if the compiled object uses
functions not supported in the earlier release you are targeting, the
object will not be saved, and the joblog will inform you of the function
unsupported.

You won't believe how many of these I've had.... ;-)
