     In V3R2 it's: FTP RMTSYS('ftp.site.somewhere.org port#')

     The quotes are important.

I remember reading this article and forwarding it to one of our
programmers to use as a base for the program we are using to upload data
to some of our UNIX hosts... For security reasons we need to tighten up
the FTP access to those hosts though. Does anyone know how to start an
FTP session from the AS/400 specifying a different port?

I looked into this a bit and if you run the FTP command interactively
you can us the OPEN command which lets you specify a HOST and a PORT,
but I can't see a way to do this in batch...

We want to change the port our UNIX box listens to for FTP requests from
the default of 21, in order to help keep out unwanted FTP requests.
