Off-Topic: Help with MS Outlook Mail needed -- MIDRANGE-L

Hello, helpful souls out there!

I apologize for misusing the list for a completely OFF topic.

Some days ago we were migrated from Windows 3.1 to NT
and from Netscape to MS Outlook.

I could not find help with configuring the mail client to
answer notes in the "standard form" e.g. using > to mark every
line of the mail to be responded to.
Outlook only allows me to choose:
- no append
- append
- append with indent

Any clues?
