TERMS

Refer to the AS/400 Software Terms, Ordering Information, and Charges
for V3R7 in Software Announcement, A96-935,
dated September 3, 1996.

Licensing: IBM Customer Agreement (ICA).
Program Services: Premium
Discontinuance: June 30, 1999

Put it on because:

1) You have it there in a box already :-)
2) It's a free upgrade from V3R6
3) It will improve system performance
4) It's a stable release
5) You need it for neat stuff like CA/400 over IPX
6) V4R1 isn't announced YET, and when it is:
        a) It won't be available immediately
        b) You don't want to be the first kid on the block to install
(wait for 3 or 4 cum pkgs first)
        c) It won't be free
