I'll be careful, having been burned on Aldon advice before (I use Turnover as
well).  Aldon has a good product, but my downfall has been the lack of an
AS/Set interface.  I haven't seen the product in a few years, so I would
suggest a thorough evaluation against Turnover and IBM's ADM product (all of
which should provide free evaluation copies) prior to a purchase decision.
