I had this happen to me a few weeks ago, but could not find the cause. 
I first thought that since I received the file as and attachment to an
E-mail, that the problem may be in the way that I received the
attachment.  But now I am wondering if this has something to do with the
latest version of Excel (Excel97).  I do not have the file (of course),
but that is one thing that has changed since I last received a file from
this user.
