Although, I am very critical of IBM, I do feel this may be a bp
problem.  IBM is usually prompt (damn it I said usually, didnt I?), in
fulfilling the orders.  Although, bp and IBM should be semantically
identical to AS/400 professionals, unfortunately they are not and that
is a problem.  JMO.

In another note, IBM announced earnings higher than the most optimistic
wall street financial analyst!  Maybe now, they can get rid of the tiers
or at least collapse them?
