Check your controllers (or is it the device?) for the switched disconnect
parameter (SWTDSC I believe) and make sure it is set to *NO.  This will
prevent OS/400 from disconnecting the session after a period of idle time. 
This has fixed this problem with Rumba for me.  Not sure why it wouldn't
affect Netsoft as well, but its worth checking...
